Need an appointment before your next one?
Lately I've been hearing my massage clients say that they needed a massage earlier, but didn't reach out because they know how busy I am.

this is the wonderful thing about downsizing. I have carved out the space to serve you better. This means I will do my best to find you a spot even if it's in between your regularly scheduled appointments!
Don't hesitate to email me, or, if it's not urgent, you can add yourself to the cancellation list.

There is an art to sourcing quality essential oils. The market is full of diluted, knock-off, and otherwise unethical products, and it can take some know-how to find safe, ethical, high quality oils.
Alternatively, you might wonder, "why is Sheila's heating pad so effective, and where does one even find a "moist heating pad"?"

New Clients?
For Massage Therapy: Not at this time. However: I keep a waitlist, and if spots become available, I'll reach out to those folk first. So, if you have friends or family that you would recommend to me for massage, please have them email me to get on the waitlist. They will be added as priority.

Sheila and the Phone
Since opening Earth + Ember, I have not had a business phone line.
This was a little gift I gave my nervous system after running a studio for eight years!
But I have to admit, sometimes, a phone call is the best way to get ahold of someone.
So I may phone if there's something time-sensitive I'm reaching out about. I'll do so from a private/blocked number. I know some of y'all don't like to answer private numbers, and that's okay! I'll leave a message, or email so that it's easy to respond.
It's true this is a bit of a quirk these days, and I appreciate the space you have made for me.
