Private Yoga Sessions

Movement, Stillness, and Breath

Private sessions make space for all of you.

I balance my training in yoga and with current research in movement science, nervous system health, and well-being. These one-on-one sessions are grounded, accessible, and designed to help you work towards your goals in a way that feels safe and empowering.

We'll explore sustainable movement, stillness, breath, and meditation, always guided by what feels right for you.

With over a decade of experience working with inflexible, aging, and recovering bodies, I bring a steady, supportive presence to each session.

My approach draws from a rich background in yoga traditions, including Anusara, Hatha, Stråla, Restorative, Kundalini, and Movement Therapy,  and is also informed by my training and clinical experience as a Massage Therapist. These sessions are grounded in both time-tested traditions and new research in movement science, pain, and nervous system health.

What to Expect

No flexibility or yoga experience required. Your body is welcome, exactly as it is.

Sessions are 60 minutes and may include:

  • A short check-in to align with your goals

  • A guided practice tailored to your needs

  • Movement, breath, and reflection

  • Space for questions and discussion to help deepen your understanding of movement, yoga, breath, and meditation

  • Resources for exploration beyond our session.

Come in comfortable clothes. No experience needed, just openness and curiosity.

Why This Work?

After 15 years of practicing massage therapy, and over a decade of teaching yoga, I hear clients making a familiar request: to feel at home in their bodies again.

Whether through injury, stress, or the quiet erosion of office life and over-commitment, many of us have lost touch with the rhythms that keep us grounded and well. These sessions are my response to that.

They bring together the skills I’ve refined over years of bodywork, yoga instruction, and somatics, nervous system regulation, and coaching.

But more than that, they reflect what I’ve witnessed again and again:

that healing is not about doing more-

it’s about reconnecting with what you already have.
