Cancellation Policy

Your treatment time is reserved just for you.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of a minimum of $20.

I reserve the right to charge 50-100% of the appointment fee, depending on the circumstances surrounding the cancellation.

If you provide less than 5 hours' notice or fail to notify me at all, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
Avoid cancellation fees by sending a friend, or family member in your place.
Symptoms of Cold/Flu Policy

Do Not Attend Appointments If Sick: If you are experiencing symptoms of illness (such as fever, cough, sore throat, or any contagious condition), please do not attend your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Due to Illness: If you need to cancel your appointment due to illness, you may do so without penalty if you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee of a minimum of $20.
